The pictures below provide a sample of the behaviour charts that I have used in my lessons. In some cases, where behaviour is particularly bad, I might write a short summary of why children were moved to red or yellow. In many cases, the children who move to Yellow improve their behaviour, and I rub out their names. Therefore, some of the charts will look somewhat empty, which is the goal.
